Kong was created to challenge the rigid conventions of traditional fine dining while retaining uncompromising technical precision. Located in the heart of Makati at Ayala Triangle Gardens, Kong centres around a custom open kitchen built for high-heat wok searing and roaring wood-charcoal grilling.

Head Chef & Co-Owner
Born and raised in the Philippines, Chef John is a master griller and pillar of Kong's open kitchen. Formerly leading Raging Bull Chophouse at Shangri-La BGC, he brings deep expertise in meat selection, dry-aging, and precise charcoal thermal control.
